The seeds of this great institution were sown in the year 1996. Borivali was an emerging place with ever increasing population. With a huge college going student population opting for COMMERCE, there was a need for an institution which would be committed to the cause of students without purely commercial approach. Lele Sir, who is a qualified Chartered Accountant decided to fill this void. The beginning was very small, with around 20 students. His commitment, dedication and desire to deliver excellence was a guarantee for sure success of his students. Keeping this in view, the name was “Prof. Lele’s S2 Commerce Classes”. The tag line was “S2 = Sure Success. We stand by our name”.

What an exciting phase it was!S2 Commerce Classes soon became the 1st choice of GoodStudents. Every year, our students were scoring 1st Rank in many colleges in western suburbs from FYJC (XIth) to TYBCOM. It began with following students securing ………
2005 was a milestone in the history of Lele’s Commerce Classes were our student, AkshataTinaikar, secured 9th Rank in SYJC Board Exams and she also secured 1st Rank in SYJC in Dahanukar College. Our students were top rankers in different colleges as follows:
Prathamesh, our TYBCOM Student created history when he scored 100/100 in Taxation Subject.
KusumNayak is shining star in the history of Lele’s as she consistently secured 1st Rank in Gokhale College in all 5 Years … FYJC to TYBCOM. Kusum, we are proud of you.
2005 to 2009
Keeping with the changing trend, need was felt to give a new identity which is easy to remember and therefore Classes were given a New Name “Lele’s Commerce Classes”. We also unveiled a New Logo which resembled a TORCH (Signalling that we are the torch bearers of Commerce Students). We also started coaching for Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretary. Our Students excelled in these exams and we had All India Rankers in CS FOUNDATION …
The only thing constant in today’s world is CHANGE. History shows that the organisation which can change with time will survive and grow. After a lot of brain storming, we unveiled a new logo and a new tag line … Good teacher explains

Our students continued to shine bright in the horizon bringing lot of glory and fame to Lele’s.
The growing tree has many branches. Encouraged by growing response of students from Kandivali who were travelling every day to our Borivali H.O., we decided to open our 2nd Study Centre at Mahavir Nagar, Kandivali (W)
Our CS FOUNDATION students exceeded our expectations with 3 of our students securing All India Ranks.
Lele’s Commerce Classes is force to reckon with in western suburb. We are known for excellent faculty led by Lele Sir who are committed to give their 100%. We are having 3 study centres with 7 fully equipped class rooms. We have adopted new technologies by having our own android app and our facebook page. Very soon, we will be launching our youtube channel helping us to reach out to the students all over. We are determined to deliver 100% excellence in education and our aim is to train the minds of our students to think that … “impossible is nothing”.
We will soon be launching some new initiatives helping us to cater to all the categories of students. By the grace of god almighty our elders, support of students and their parents, our teaching and non teaching team members, our service providers and well wishers, we are sure that we will soon achieve our dream or being the 1st Choice of Commerce Student.
